Pierre founded the agency in 2014 after studying international business and management in France, the United States, and Poland, followed by a successful six-year professional experience in corporate and residential real estate.
Having lived in Courchevel for 13 years, after a period in the Paris region, it was above all his love for the mountains and his desire to settle here permanently that guided his path.

Richard has been a resident of Courchevel for over 20 years. Originally from Wales in the United Kingdom and now a naturalised French citizen, he joined Courchevel Immobilier in 2025.
Before beginning his career in real estate, Richard worked as a professional photographer specialising in interior photography — an expertise he continues to apply alongside his role in property sales and acquisitions.
Fluent in both French and English, he helps international buyers navigate every step of purchasing or selling property in Courchevel and Méribel. Combining his artistic background with over two decades of local experience, Richard offers a unique perspective and dedicated service to every client.
